We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Every pair is carefully designed and manufactured to the highest standards. 2-year coverage, fast resolution, and complete peace of mind.
What's Covered
Your Eleven Spectacles are protected against defects for 2 calendar years from purchase date. Coverage includes:
- Frame Defects: Cracks, structural breaks, or bends from manufacturing errors
- Lens Defects: Delamination, coating failure, or optical defects from manufacturing
- Hinge Problems: Hinges that fail or malfunction due to manufacturing defects
- Assembly Defects: Issues caused by manufacturing errors or material flaws
What's Not Covered
- Accidental Damage: Drops, impacts, falls, or collision damage
- Normal Wear: Minor scratches, frame fading, or natural aging with regular use
- Misuse & Abuse: Swimming, extreme sports, or exposure to extreme conditions without proper protection
Our Quality Process
Before every pair leaves our atelier, each product undergoes rigorous quality checks:
- Individual inspection for defects and alignment
- Functionality testing of all moving parts
- Packaging verification
- Order accuracy verification
- Final review by a second team member

File Your Warranty Claim
Resolution Options
Based on the defect, we'll:
- Repair – Return your sunglasses in 5-10 business days plus shipping
- Replace – Send a replacement in the same style or comparable alternative in 2-3 business days plus shipping
- Refund – Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval
If repair isn't feasible, we replace. If replacement won't work, we refund.
Warranty Terms
- Valid for the original purchaser only
- Non-transferable to another person
- Applies only to direct purchases from Eleven Spectacles
- Requires proof of purchase (order confirmation)
- One repair or replacement per issue
Repaired or Replaced Items
Items repaired or replaced under warranty receive a limited 6-month warranty covering the repaired component and repair workmanship.
Common Warranty Questions
- What should I include with my claim? Order number and purchase date, detailed issue description, clear photos of the defect from multiple angles, and timeline of when you noticed the problem.
- Damaged during shipping? Contact us with photos – we'll replace at no cost. This is covered under our shipping protection.
- What if I move to a different location? The warranty remains valid as long as you continue to use the product.
- Can I use the warranty for a different product? No, the warranty is specific to the product you purchased.
- What if the original purchaser can't claim the warranty? The original purchaser may need to initiate the claim since warranty is non-transferable. For special circumstances, contact support and we'll help if possible.
